Wireless Fiber – Fixed wireless frequency, also called millimeter wave technology, has come a long way since the early days of deploying the technology. We install fixed wireless for clients with multiple buildings for both internet and LAN connectivity. Many times, company campus connections require expensive trenching and conduit to install fiber to connect networks together. Fixed wireless can now exceed 10GBPS and provide 5 nines quality of service (the standard in the industry for network uptime) at a fraction of the cost of traditional wireline networks. Fixed wireless is also a valuable tool to add protection and resiliency for business continuity. If a main telecom feed to a building is severed by accident or on purpose, fixed wireless provides redundant connectivity since it is above ground wireless fiber technology from a remote location.
