Submit a Support Ticket

Our clients and their employees can submit a Support Ticket anytime.

We’re available Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and typically respond within 30 minutes.

Support Features

  • Employees can track the status of each open ticket until it is closed. 

  • Designated management staff can view the status and history of all tickets submitted.

  • We track the date, time, response, and solution for all technical assistance service requests from clients.

  • We will also provide weekly and monthly reports on all service requests, tracking, and open and closed tickets.

If a Nexterra technician cannot complete a help request remotely, a technician will be dispatched to provide on-site support.
