Our clients and their employees can submit a Support Ticket anytime.
We’re available Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and typically respond within 30 minutes.
Support Features
Employees can track the status of each open ticket until it is closed.
Designated management staff can view the status and history of all tickets submitted.
We track the date, time, response, and solution for all technical assistance service requests from clients.
We will also provide weekly and monthly reports on all service requests, tracking, and open and closed tickets.
If a Nexterra technician cannot complete a help request remotely, a technician will be dispatched to provide on-site support.
