NARA AI/Digital Museum Infrastructure

Client: National Archives and Records Administration, Washington, DC

Scope: Technology infrastructure for $40M museum renovation – first in 20 years. 10,000 sq. ft. exhibition space featuring original artifacts including George Washington’s annotated Constitution.

Deliverables: CAT6 cabling to 27 Cisco Catalyst 9120AXI WAPs, 5.38 Gbit/s aggregate throughput, certified plenum fiber assemblies, rackmount fiber panels, complete Fluke VERSIV 2 testing and certification.

Significance: Demonstrated ability to deliver mission-critical infrastructure in a sensitive federal environment, working alongside museum curators, security personnel, and facility managers with zero disruption.

Govini Enterprise Network Build-Out

Client: Govini – Defense software company, Arlington (Rosslyn), VA

Scope: Design, integration, and management of complete network infrastructure for new office expansion. High-security, high-performance environment supporting 300+ devices with 10Gbps external connectivity.

Deliverables: Cisco Meraki MX250 SD-WAN/firewall, 8x MS130-48X PoE switches, 7x CW9178I Wi-Fi 7 access points, VLAN segmentation (Corporate, Guest, A/V, IP Phone), full documentation, and $1,320/month ongoing managed network services. Additional phase: 8 new access points with CAT6e cabling across 3rd and 4th floors.

Scope: Fiber optic infrastructure for new emergency wireless communications system connecting rooftop installations to security operations centers.

Deliverables: Certified single-mode fiber, 8U open racks, ENT conduit through roof penetrations and stairwells, rackmount fiber panels integrated with existing data center.

Client: Merlin Cyber, McLean, VA

Scope: Complete technology infrastructure for US Government cybersecurity contractor’s new headquarters.

Deliverables: CAT6 supporting data, VoIP, video conferencing, and audio. Full Fluke certification. Infrastructure designed to support classified/sensitive operations.

Case Study 5

Partnership for Public Service Headquarters Build-Out

Client: Partnership for Public Service – nonpartisan nonprofit, Washington, DC

Scope: Structured cabling, pathway, and server room infrastructure for a Class A office tenant improvement on Level 07 at 600 14th Street NW. 161 plenum drops – 125 data, 36 AV – across 102 device locations spanning private offices, huddle and conference rooms, and open office. Delivered as network and low-voltage integration partner to SQ Audio, prime A/V integrator.

Deliverables: Mohawk CAT6 and Berk-Tek CAT6A plenum cable on an open-ceiling J-hook and bridle-ring pathway, Ortronics Clarity 6 and 6A high-density patch panels, (2) Ortronics Mighty Mo 20 45U four-post racks with vertical cable management, 18″ and 12″ L-shaped telco-style cable runway with rack and runway grounding, rack-mounting and color-coded patching of owner-furnished switches, UPS, and PDUs, and Fluke Versiv 2 certification of all 161 connections to TIA-568, labeled per TIA-606-B with LinkWare PDF results.

Significance: Included a CAT6A run from the 7th-floor server room three floors up to the building’s penthouse event space, routed through mechanical pathways and escorted secure areas in an occupied multi-tenant building – replacing a legacy link from the Partnership’s former 6th-floor suite.
